I booked to stay with Bulshoekdam Resort just outside Clanwilliam for 3 nights. i was coming up from Cape Town to play in a golf day and the golf day was moved so no reason for me to come up. Asked if i can postpone booking till the new date and another person working for them or who handles the bookings or email enquiries said its fine and completely understandable and next i'm being told to make contact with Hilda directly. This lady refuses to give us our deposit back, R1200, and i gave them 3 days notice that we wont be coming up. Nowhere on their website does it state how many days notice before arrival you have to give to get full refund back and neither did she send us that information via email. When i tried to make contact with her on the 19th of September she answered the phone and when she heard it was me she put the phone down, twice!! Dont think this is going to be resolved by the looks of things.
