May I express my frustration with Resolution Health.
They have now introduced a levy of approximately R1200 on the medication Abilify 10mg and Wellbutrin 300mg on my daughter's chronic medication which was previously paid for in full by Nimas.
On Saturday morning I asked the pharmacist to dispense a new prescription of Nuzak and Calciferol but I was told that these two medicines have been excluded from my day to day benefits
I was expecting that this prescription would have been paid for out of the day to day benefits until they were exhausted, but instead I had to pay in R509.00.
Maybe it's time to change Medical Aids?
