I have a relatively simple issue with my account. Part of my hospital stay (PMB condition) was billed from my MSA. I've been trying to resolve this with the help of Genevieve Fredericks for more than 2 months. All I am getting is 'will contact you when there is feedback' and never getting contacted again, my calls don't get answered either. I just don't know who do I have to contact about it and who can help me. Last week I got bill from the hospital for urgent payment, was a doctors bill (in hospital stay), which I am completely 100% sure that is covered by my hospital benefits, as the rest are from my stay there. I don't want to be black listed because of Discovery not paying their obligations.
