I recently had to stay in the Ferncrest hospital for a few days (11 - 17 Sept 2013, DVT).
It's so easy to complain, but I feel that a compliment and thank you should be given when and where deserved.
A big thank you to the nurses in the ICU, they made the much feared hospital stay much easier. They were so friendly, helpful and very professional. Also a big thank you to the nurses and staff in the ward where I stayed for a few days before and after the ICU visit.
I wish I had taken all of your names so I could thank each one of you personally. I hope everyone of you get to see this. Thank you for everything you do for your patients, it is much appreciated.
