DISGUSTING SERVICE

I would like to express my dissatisfaction at the service that I received from your hospital this past weekend.
My wife Wendy Leshomo id. No. 8012070390080 went to Wilgehuwel on the afternoon of Thursday 29 August and was admitted as she had a severe back pain. She was allocated to Dr Wasserman that afternoon. She went through different tests to see what the cause of the pain was and an MRI scan was also done. Nothing out of the ordinary came out of that. She also received various injections from the doctor. She was discharged on Saturday morning with an instruction to come for a check up on Monday 02 September by Dr Berger (she does not know Dr Berger as she was treated by Dr Wasserman)
She came in on Monday to honour her appointment and was told by the staff at Dr Wassermans rooms that he is does not have an appointment with her and she must pay R500 and also make a new appointment and also was given a bill from Dr Wasserman and was also told that Dr Berger is the one that has treated her so she must go to him.
To date my wife is still not any better and still sufferin and all we recieve are bills.
