Hi,

I emailed 2 days and still haven't received a reply to my email. MailRef#666043328#-

This is not good customer service...

My Wife went to Dr Gary Levy (Dermatologist) on 20/08/13. We put the claim in the claims box immediately after the appointment, but to date, nothing has reflected.

Please advise urgently!!
