Dr. van Wyk did a procedure in theatre on the 22nd January2013 and this account is not paid. Netcare claim that this account was not submitted but the account department has got proof that they have done it several times by fax and with e-mail. I spoke to Cherl-Anne a few times and she always promised to come back to me but this never happened. I have send a e-mail to her on the 11th June 2013 with no response. In July I phoned her several times with no success. After a call on the 31st July 2013 she came back to me and promised me that she will reverse a transaction that I queried with this query and said she will phone the Dr herself to get proof of submission but this never happened. Until today no payment was made to the doctor or nothing was reversed.
