I have constantly complained about Momentum's slack customer service, I changed my postal address a year ago and am still having to collect my post from my old postal address. I recently was stuck with an impossible pharmaceutical bill because the medicine was prescribed by a Doctor who they failed to inform me was no longer a listed Doctor. Now I get contacted by said Doctor to pay for that bill too.
If you fail to alert me that I can no longer go to that doctor then you should be liable for the bill that forced me to realise this fact!
Once again your refusal to keep proper contact with your clients has led to my complete and utter disappointment in your service. I can not wait to be rid of this service!!
