Suffering because of taking time

I phoned momentum about 2 weeks ago to find out the status of my provident fund. i was retrenched 24th of october. they said that there is a problem with my banking details and i must send a fax with the right details which i did so last friday. they knew about the problem 2 weeks before i phoned them and they didnt even have the decency to notify me, if i didnt phone them i would have never known about the problem. its been a week now since i faxed them and they still havent logged the fax. how long does it take to sort out banking details. me my wife and my 11 month old baby are suffering because of momentum. i have to pay billls with the money that i paid for to get in times of need and now that i need it i dont receive it. its easy to take money but to receive it is harder especially always for the people who suffer. thank you momentum for adding to the fact that i am out of a job, your not making it easier for us. and also kashia and dumisani are never available.
