I downgraded from Coastal Saver Plan to Keycare Plus Plan before I left my previous company and advised discovery in April that I was going to be unemployed. I filled out all the necessary documents and sent it to them. I was advised that I would pay about R675 per month but discovery is deducting R1400 from my account as from June and will not reimburse me. I have sent affidavits to confirm that I am not working but the matter has not been rectified. The last straw was when I enquired that they have received all the documents and they must advise me how much will be deducted from my account I was told that they need affidavits of the deposit made to my account I was never advised of the amount I would be paying and I told them I will not be sending any affidavits until they tell me how much I will be paying and I will be taking the matter further. Till today I have not heard from discovery. I owe them R2000 that was used up for the Coastal Saver Plan that I promised to pay but will not pay till the matter is rectified and I get my money back.
