No hot water for 3 days. When the manager, Mr Adamson finally 'appeared' on the third day with an apology, he promised our group of 8 people a better rate when checking out after 5 nights. Needless to say, when checking out, no one at the front desk knew about this 'arrangement' an Mr Adamson was nowhere to be found. We were not able to reach him since by phone and our numerous emails have been ignored. At almost R900 a night for a group booking of 8 people for 5 nights, this is unacceptable. No hot water for 3 days with a morning temperature of 0 degrees and no response.
