Unapologetic about poor services

Two of my colleagues and I (3 ladies, 1 five months pregnant) spent 2 nights at Pestana Kruger Lodge. We arrived last Wed in the late afternoon. We dropped our bags off in our rooms and went for supper. During our meal, 1 of the managers informed us that the water had to be turned off because there was a problem which needed to be fixed. Being reasonable and understanding of the situation we slept the night there hoping it would be fixed by morning. But alas, it was not! We phoned reception numerous times and were told that they would let us know what is being done. After a few calls, they told us we could walk to the rooms across from us where there was water. On arrival we found the bath tubs 20% filled with cold water!!! Needless to say we had a very uncomfortable bath and were off to work. On our return there was still no water, the staff said they would bring us buckets of water to use the toilets/wash our hands etc. but that never happened. We were promised that the water would return at 7pm, and it did. Coincidentally, a group of ~40 overseas guests also arrived at 7pm. We were given no apologies or compensation! Overall the service was horrific rooms were dirty...
