Suspension of medical aid

Hi

i am replying to your company again.i phoned to your call centre a week ago on friday .then the consultant told me lami in the credit control department will phone me back.

i'm still waiting for lami or anyone to phone you.your 5 day period to get a response big time.

please lift the suspension as per previous e-mails by medical iad are paid up to date.

if you don't get an answer by friday the 6 september 2013 i will take this mater further.
