Not getting correct information

This would be my second complaint for one of your staff members named Pretty Sono.
When I took out my membership, she didn't inform me that I would be paying a double payment my first month. Now I requested a quote to add my partner / spouse onto my medical aid / hospital plan. She sends me the following: 'The premium for you and spouse on the custom option will be R1605"
and then she emails me later saying the premium will be R2254 for myself and my partner. How on earth did she get the quote at R1605 and then to R2254. I was so delighted when receiving the quote and now I'm just degusted with the lack of information and accuracy from Momentum. Disappointing
