I was in a car accident and was brought to the nearest hospital and was taken there by the first ambulance that was on the scene. After numerous e-mails and correspondence Moto-Health still insist that they will not pay the accounts. The ambulance report was send to them, all the bills was mailed to them. I do not think that a a person that has been in a car accident should be responsible for footing the bill after been traumatised. I am planning on taking them to the ombudsman for this and for the fact that my credit record is going to be negative because of this. I believe that certain criteria should be considered in this instance. I am at the moment unemployed and cannot afford to pay the bill mentioned.
