Threatening sms but no invoice!! Incompetent staff

I have been receiving threatening smse for a couple of weeks already but is yet to receive the invoice I have requested 3(!) times already. Nothing via post or email... I refuse to pay an amount I have no knowledge off.
This is the second time I have gone through the same drama with LANCET!!!
