I will never stay at this accommodation place again, the lady whose name is Julie, she lives in Pinetown, advertises on Gumtree, The Rising Sun Phoenix and Chatsworth headed as follows Beautiful 180degree sea view self catering holiday house. This house is in South Port, Hibberdene, 29 Benjamin Close There was a damage caused to a plastic chair and a bunk bed which would be less than R300 cost to fix, is now refusing to pay back the balance of R700 refundable deposit to us. Beside this she sent me a vulgar, rude and nasty email which shows how unprofessional she is. She is claiming we never washed her dishes ect when she told me not to worry about cleaning up. We also noticed that this house could be a possibility of a haunted place. She also says that she will be staying on the property while guests are there and is far from the main house so they will not be seen but cottage they stay in is not even 20 steps away from the main house and we saw them everyday. This made us very uncomfortable, she then complained about the noise ect over email. There is obviously going to be noise if there are 10 adults and 10 kids on a holiday. This was too disappointing.
