I am very upset with Zurreal Life/Health
They transferred from one bank to another without any notification to me as a client and as a result I was unaware that I wont be able to use my card for medical expenses from the 1st to the 4th of July. What a embarrassment to swipe your card at the doctor only to be told there is no funds available. But after receiving my new Zurreal card and on the letter it stated that the funds will be there from the 5th of July to only go through the same ordeal again. I phoned the call centre today again only to be told that I have a secondary card and that my husband must phone in to activate the card. Why could they not told me that in the 1st place or stated in the letter that came with the new card??? That is truly bad and unproffesional service.
