Refund of R143.00 on visit to Casulaty on 12 June 2013 not paid despite telephone calls, emails to email address on statement, conversations with receptionist, more emails to Jose, Karen and promise to be added to refunds list. Further email to supply bank details to receptionist, Jose and Karen. Emails now not deliverable. Appears email discontinued. No response to messages left for call backs. Have threatened to notify Consumer Council and Medical Association - still no response
