I had an issue with Discovery medical aid an admin charges for a handed over account. Danita from Discovery dealt with the complaint and exuded professionalism with a great turn around time. I would like to thank her for investigating the problem and speaking to the Collections Agency to sort out the admin fees. It would of been nice if all the previous consultants that I spoke to tackled the issue in the same manner. Thank you
