I called Henry Shongwe concerning my insurance policy that lapsed as a result of non payment because i was on maternity leave and my finances were in disarray, he quickly assisted me by fighting to get my policy re instated (because i was basically a high risk) and he even went 6 miles further to bring the premium as low as possible and he did with so much concern saying, "that i need all the extra cash being a mom to a new born" He really made my day because i was not expecting it getting my cover re instated was what i was hoping for but getting it at almost the same premium was just a extra bonus and the concern and care made all the extra difference knowing that someone actually understands your situation and would go an extra mile to help is truely remarkable. I am truely grateful to Henry.
