I booked a weekend away with RCI at Langebaan County Estate for R3000. My wife was phone the day before to confirm and that we only had 2 hour book in time. On arrival security directed us amongst the units to a Garage, A boy took us to the unit and gave me a few forms to fill in and sign. I asked about the R2500 deposit on the form. He confirmed and said they only take cash which they will return to my bank in 2 weeks. I informed him that i was not able to find my bank ATM in Langebaan could the take card or EFT. At that point we were ushered out so quick that my daughter toy was locked in the bathroom. I drove back to the Garage and his mother agreed to get the toy but she had phoned my wife to confirm the book in and Deposit. my wife immediately denied that the deposit was never mentioned, at the point the woman said sorry it was here mistake but we cant book in. I phoned RCI book in emergencies. they phone the garage but they confirmed we were not going to be able to book in and we had to return home. This was ment to be a Silver Crown resort not a residential golf estate
