Poor facility and no response to complaint

On the 7th of Dec went to a day spa with my friends. On arrival, no one gave attention to guests to make sure everyone got their slippers and gown. The gowns were damp and dirty. We ran out of slippers, even though we booked in advance. The staff gave contradicting info were one said there were no more slippers but later on another staff member brought more. There was no water in the bathrooms to flush or wash our hands. we ran out of lockers and some of them were not working. Wrote an email to the manager with the above complaints.

She said that they didn't't have power, hence the problems above. I asked why as a client i was not informed of the situation before i got there so that i at least know what to expect when i get there, and they should have backup for power if they know their business depends on it. The lady then decided not to respond anymore and ignored my mail. And there was a tone of bad attitude from her first response saying that their focus is massage. That does not justify the unpleasant experience that we had. A friend was going there for the second time and she had a bad experience the first time as well. I do not recommend the spa to anyone. Bad experience!
