Fedhealth keep on rejecting my dependant claims wh

I am sick and tired of fedhealth now keep on rejecting my dependant claims without valid reasons.
It took them almost 2 months to approve an hospital authorization. They authorized it when it was no longer important as i had to take my wife to public hospital because of their delay (almost 2 month). The consultation fees were paid almost after 2 month after the healthcare provider was threatening me.
I'm now sick and tired, i don't know how many times i have submitted this claim "VRG0013075446" and keep on being rejected for some codes reasons that i always go to the service provider to rectify now they don't even know what fedheath want now. WHY CAN'T FEDHEALTH CONTACT DIRECTLY THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT.
This is a complete annoyance from them.
