In spite of making arrangement to pay off my dad's Lancet account, this has been handed over to ITC.
On top of that I came to an agreement with the Contact Centre Manager to pay the last payment by 10 August.
I settled this earlier on 2 August, (sent confirmation email to Lancet accounts and to the Contact Centre Manager) but we are getting daily calls from ITC. I even sent a mail on 31/7 to the contact centre manager asking for confirmation that the account is now settled and to ask ITC to stop calling. I have still had no response!
My father has had a stroke and is not in good health. These calls are distressing for him.
