Soooo I want to change the account from which my debit order is taken but they have a stack of things they need including bank statements and proof of account! (I am changing my account not applying for vehicle finance), so the debit order bounces at 00:00 I pay the outstanding amount at 11:00 I phone the call centre and I sent a mail as proof of payment, I replied on the mail again that was sent to me to say I didn't pay, and yet you have the audacity to cancel it? Seems Fedhealth is to big to care about a client I will waste my time again and phone into your call centre again tomorrow and will shop around for a proper medical aid
