My family and I booked into a guest house for 2 nights the first day we were not happy with the state of the place as it seemed run down, dirty and lots of things were broken, like the taps and cupboards etc. It was not the picture we had seen on the internet. We only stayed the Saturday night instead of 2 nights as I did not want my baby staying in conditions like that. The manager/owner, Paula Murray agreed to give me a refund for the Sunday night not stayed and I have e-mailed her numerous times and called and all she says is that she will get around to it. It has been a month and a half already and I have not received my refund or any correspondence from her.
