This guest house is NOT four star as they claim. They have not been graded yet they illegally advertise themselves as four stars on various websites.
They do not honor their contractual obligations and will not pay what they are supposed to should they wish to sub let your unit claiming they don't have capacity to keep guests at their premises.
I was unlucky enough to have them as tenants. They have a history of renting furnished apartments to unsavoury individuals stating their own premises are full. They did not honor the lease, they illegally removed items from my furnished property and they did not refund me what they should have following extensive damage following a suicide/murder of their guest!! Furthermore, the individuals who stayed in my furnished premises were not the same as who signed the lease.
Beware of any business dealings with this guest house
