Inconsistent Payments

Good day

Last year I went to (Dentist) for my teeth and there were no issues relating to claims and payments thereof. All of a sudden on bill of almost R3000, 00 only R700, 00 is paid out - how is this possible if there were no difference in the procedure from the previous visits.

Please can this issue get your urgent attention.
