ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WAS RECEIVED FRIN SPITE OF SEVERAL ATTEMPTS FROM MY SIDE VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WITH THE RECEPTIONIST.
