Wrongful Termination

I sent through a request for termination on one member in Nov 2012. Since then I called and called and it was either the request "was not received" or that "it has not been processed". The last phone call i made to confirm my request was in Feb at which time the consultant told me there is no such request and asked if i still want my child terminated to which i replied no, leave everything as it is. All year around we've been getting authorisation numbers for dr's visits and getting prescriptions filled out at chemists for this same child beneficiary. Imagine my shock in may when my son's dr's receptionist said to me my child was terminated, not by netcare, that my child had been terminated in Dec 2012!!! Your termination letter is which i later received is dated 31 may 2013... we received new cards at the beginning of the year with his name still on it, and still on your sytems as per the calls i made as well as authorisations you had given. And now i'm getting unpaid bills from labs and chemists and who knows what else is in the pipe line as a result. Your consultants fail to address the matter and as a result i have to option but to report you to the Council of Medical Schemes.
