Firstly my wife celebrates her birthday tomorrow so I decided to bring her to you Hotel for the weekend, I could not book online due to a system error I tried contacting your team and no one helped I even sent emails to various heads of departments no one responded, I tried to book again on Friday night and by then the package was now not available then I looked at you site again and see you price is in the region of R1400.00 so I gave up hope I then went to a partner website [URL Removed] they had your rooms cheaper (really) I booked the room without @R 840.00 without the initial dinner package I wanted, as I really needed to do something for my wife.
I get there the room we got was horrible and dark and almost like we were sleeping in a parking lot because of the noise we were on the ground floor Metcourt, we get to the casino and there is no shows at your Odeon Show bar we sat for almost an hour and hour before a waiter told us sorry no shows there was no notification of this that we saw.
It was all in all a bad weekend and the place that I used to love and visit so often has changed, and I will never come back it had no vibe no decent entertainment.
