Discovery refuse to pay hospital claims

Good day,

Despite numerous calls and emails to Discovery Health, they continue to refuse to pay R5000 of hospital related claims which my MSA (R5000) paid the balance of. The doctors (in casualty) assured me that the hospital was obtaining authorization, and that I would be covered. Any assistance you can give me in this regard would be much appreciated.
