I called bankmed to find out if I got funds available because I suffer with high blood pressure and felt sick.they advised yes I got bout 2k available up until the 31st of july because got a new job nd will b going on discovery. I called on 26july for the first tym. All of a sudden I get to the dr on the 29th nd they took my savings tht was left nd had a arrogant answer for everything I asked... The lady I spoke to was so rude and abrupt it felt as if she was victimizing me. So I asked to speak to her. Tl, even worse... It sounded like the initial ladys friend tht pretented to be a supervisor... Her name is cristle... I cud get all the details coz they called back on da drs line and I cud get much detail... I am disgusted at the service of bankmed as I was a vuable client for long, but bcoz I won't be a menber tey treated me like a dog... I was told ill be covered until 31 july nd they my savings and I had to pay cash... I pray no company will ever put de staff on bankmed as de are disgusting rude unhelpful people working de, that lie. Beware of bnkmed... The staff don't knw wht they doing nd dey rude... They shud employ people that wsnna work not lazy rude people...
