Went for consultation to the Dentist, Dr Sanyane in Mabopane Block U, Pretoria. Receptionist her name is Sekgabi (she was reluctant to give me her name) refused to give me her Surname as well. She was very rude, unwilling to assist. She told me in front of my daughter that it is not her problem that patients are not residing near their area. She needs customer service training. A Receptionist should not argue with patients and raise her voice in the reception area. She is not proffesional and I hate going into their office now. I was embarrased! Poor service at its best.
