On the 27th July 2013, I booked at spa treatment at Lanzerac spa, got my boyfriend and I to celebrate our anniversary. I booked the vineyard couples experience to the value of R1350.00. We were then led to the change rooms, which we then walked in on someone dressing, a lady. There were no male or female dressing rooms. We were then led back to a waiting area asked to wait. Then led to another dressing room, that was also occupied. After this we were showing obvious frustration. Finally we were showed to a very average dressing room, with metal lockers that were so small I couldn't fit my bag inside. Once putting our robes on, mine was too small, so I asked for a bigger one and was then given a XXXL which was ridiculously too big, after just wanting to get on with our afternoon I put the small robe on even thought I felt uncomfortable. We were the taken through to a "pool" area which had moulded ceilings and everything was very shoddy. To cut it short, my lunch had a hair in it, the massage was average but the highlight, the one room we entered for our exfoliation was unprepared and messy. Overall we were both left so disappointed and our anniversary treat wasn't what I hoped it to be.
