I went to Dr. Shimange's for an appointment. My appointment was at 9am & i got there at 8:45 in the morning. As I was there, I give the receptionist my appointment card. Then I'm told to take a seat, then I'm called again to bring my appointment card. I sit there for 3 hours waiting to see the doctor without any explanation why he wasn't ready for me as he was supposed to have seen me already before seeing about 8 patients while i was there. Then he comes out rushing to the theater. Then one of the ladies at the reception tells us that the dr is going to the theater, he'll be back in about an an hour or so. Then i go out the get something to eat. When i come back, I', m told the dr. has been calling me & they're not sure if he's going to be able to see me again. I asked them to tell him i was back & i have to be somewhere at 2 o'clock & i didn't go to work to come & see him. Still he didn't call me & called 3 more patients while i was there. Then i just told them 2 cancel & i went 2 the my doctor who referred me to him for my results & they still about everything. Dr. Shimange & his receptionists are so unprofessional..i wouldn't refer any1 to him.
