NO COMMUNICATION!!

I don't even know where to begin with this story.

So I am going to cut it short. I have paid up to date all the debt that I have owed with discovery & their attorneys, Shapiro & Shaik Defries. I have asked numerous times for a email confirming that all is up to date & that black listing has been removed from my name.
I don't understand how hard it is for two companies to settle this issue, I am at my wits end with this ordeal, it is effecting my immigration process and I have had enough.

Shapiro & Shaik have called, emailed, smsed me non stop asking for payment to be made & charging me ridiculous amounts for almost 2 years, which saw me owe more than the original amount 2 years later, now they CANNOT even reply to my emails, nor can Discovery when this is now settled???

I spoke to a woman that works in the accounts department, Tarren-Lee, from Discovery, she was very nice and told me that it would take 5 days and it would be sorted. ALL I ASK IS FOR A MAIL PLEASE confirming that the blacklisting has been removed, that the account is settled & there are no further issues here, I have been waiting 2 weeks since I last spoke to Tarren and she has not responded to my mails since.
