Very Poor Service!!!

My husband called the medical aid on the 04 Dec 2013, they advised him about the forms that needed to be submitted in order for our son to be on the medical aid. He submitted the forms and confirmed it was receivedOn the 09th of Dec I took my son to Rose Achers for yellow jaundice. The Doctor wanted to admit him for very high count of 16. we were advised that our son is not on the medical aid and that we need pay 14000 rand to admit him, i called the medical they advised me that there is a form that HR has to fill in (we weren't informed about this when my husband submitted the original forms and still confirmed that they received the needed docs. The lady from the medical aid still confirmed and said we must pay cash and they will refund us) The Doctor advised us that she has a light that we can use for R2000.00 at home. we submitted the tax invoice with no response until we called and were advised that we need a motivational letter. we submitted the docs.now the medical aid does not want to pay because the hosp doesn't have a code for this machine. i want a refund for my money as this is ridiculous whats the point of medical aid? Need this sorted asap!!! just does not stop!
