I have dealt with Spec Savers in Bellville and got absolutely great service, i didnt see a frame there that suited me so i went to Cape Gate branch. I have received the most unhelpful, unfriendly service from them and now i am forced to go to them because Bellville doesnt have the frame i want. I would suggest they work on there people skills and telephone manner.
