What a pleasure it was to have Phim as my therapist. Excellent technique and ever so considerate and friendly. She made up for the inefficiency of reception.
Pity visit started off badly by reception not checking whether a gown was in locker and I had to go back again and ask for a towel. Would suggest this be kept at reception desk and handed to client when entering the spa. I was not the only person with such a problem, the lady who arrived just before me leaving had exactly the same dilemma.
Being winter one would have expected a long cosy gown which was not the case. Nothing fluffy about the gown and it was very short.
