We were sent a statemtn stating we have tot pay R204.00 as the medical aid didnt cover that amount i paid it the end of June the we got a statement stating we have a credit of R204. I sent them the request for credit on the 02/07/13 and they said its in the queue for payment and Denise promised i would get a call from her stating when this payment will go through. Next week still no call and when i foned she apparently wasnt there and it was said payment is done every friday. I then sent her a email and i still got no reply when i went to look this morning still no money was in the account.
I am so sick and tired of Metropolis and their staff that takes their customers foreverything they are always quick to fone you for payment or hand you over to the lawyers but when they must pay YOU money then they take their own sweet time.
