The same day i took my son to hospital following his operation. I had to take him for a allergy test (Path Care)
My medical aid got two bills one for R1169.40 and R294 They only paid the R1169.90.I explained this lady Togida (or somthing). She asked me to give ref.of the payment which was exceptable but the manner in which she speaks to me is like she was a warden at Pollsmoor. This lady should not work with people shes plain rude.
I always receive very well treatment from Netcare hospital is just a pity that Path Care is in the same building
I wont advise anyone to make use of there service.
