I had moved from Business to Personal payments, now I was outstanding by R19 000.00 and I have just paid this amount and when I called your call Centre they cannot activate my account!!! I must also sign a form that states I will not need medical attention for the next 8 weeks... so now I must sign this form without protection for me and my family and still continue paying my Membership fee without being protected!!! how do you people sleep at night knowing you steel peoples money without protection you promise!!! I want my money back Immediately or cover me NOW!!! you have 1 hour or I will have my business who deals with all radio companies to put out a radio add how Discovery is killing my Family...
