I was told to come in at 8h30 on sat 6 July, I arrived at 8h30 and sat around as there is no system in place, no one knows who is next and there is no communication for the personnel. After speaking to the other people waiting I finally figured out that there was some sort of queue, i was eventually help in reception and told to wait for the sister. At 11 I had a sonar and was told to come back on mon at 10 to see the Dr. I arrived on monday to see the Dr at 10 and was again helped in reception and told to come back at 11h30 to see the Dr. I was irrate at this stage as I was told to be here at 10 to see the Dr. I returned at 11h30 to see the Dr. After waiting until 1 when the Dr eventually pitched up and I was assisted. The Dr had seen a patient before me, He did not wash his hands after that patient, he did not greet or introduce himself, he did not even look up at me. He simply told me to take off my pants and panties so that he can have a look. I was shocked, He stuck his fingers up me and then promptly told me to come back on wed. I am disgusted at the rude, unfriendly, unhygenic service received. I did not return and never will. totally not acceptable.
