POOR SERVICE AGAIN!!! DISCOVERY IS GETTING WORST

I PAY MY PARENTS MEDICAL AID AND I CHANGED MY BANK IN MAY SO MY DETAILS CHANGED, THE CONSULTANT I SPOKE TO, TOLD ME IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE MONTH TO CHANGE DETAILS HOWEVER I MUST PAY CASH-R978.09 MANUAL PAYMENT.AND FROM THE END OF JUNE I CAN CHANGE DETAILS FOR THE DEBIT ORDER TO GO OUT, SHE SENT ME THE 3RD PARTY ACCOUNT FORMS, WHICH I FAXED TWICE AS I GOT NO RESPONSE, GOT FAX REMITANCE TO PROVE IT.MY DAD ADVISED ME THAT HIS ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED AND HE RECEIVED A TEXT, CALLED IN TODAY AND I SPOKE TO AN ADVISOR NAMED SNARE, WHO JUST GAVE ME THE RUN ROUND, I ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNTS DEPT BUT SHE SAID SHE COULD HELP, AFTER EXPLAINING TO HER WHAT HAPPENED, SHE TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I DIDNT DO THE RIGHT THING, CLEARLY SHE WAS OFF NO HELP SO I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WOW, DISCOVERY SERVICE!!! OVER 5 MIN WITH NO-ONE COMING BACK ON LINE, GUESS SHE WAS WAITING FOR ME TO DROP CALL.SHE ALSO SAID SHE HAD THE FAXES ON THE SYSTEM BUT WAS WAITING FOR MY COPY OF MY ID AND BANK STATEMENT, WHICH I DONT SEE WHY AS THEY ARE TAKING MONEY OFF ME AND I AM VERIFYING IF THEY GETTING PAYMENTS, HOWEVER SHOULDNT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS ON THE ORIGINAL CALL, ALSO DISCOVERY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME!!! I CALLED IN AGAIN
