I am very disappointed with the way my eye test and my daughters eye test was conducted at Spec savers Phoenix branch.
1. the eye test was over in under 10 min . it was not a thorough examination. It was very rushed for both my daughter and myself.
2. At my previous examination a cataract was suspected. This lady sat at least a meter from me pretending to look into my eye. She did the same for my daughter.
3. I blinked when she did the eye pressure test on one eye. she did not bother doing it again saying it was fine.
4. the test lenses she used were smudged and dirty. I pointed it out to her. she wiped the one and continued using dirty lenses thereafter.
5. She was in a hurry and was not patient when expecting answers as to which was clearer.
6. The special offer advertised a free sunglasses up to the value of R2100, but she said that I will have to pay anything over R1500 because that is what is offered.
7. this was the first time in my life that I was told that I will get headaches from my new glasses, but my eyes will adapt after a week or so. was that to cover her shoddy work?
