FIRST REPLY RUDE... NO HELP... NO FURTHER REPLY

I have made several attempts to change bank details on the debit order, I followed their given instructions. I was then given different instructions by a new consultant. Every time you email them, a different person who is unhelpful attends to your email. After a while, nobody replies. These guys don't have customer service, don't bother using them. My debit order is now going through a bank account which is being closed and they will not move it!!
