Bad very Bad service

All that i want to know is the correct procedures for after operations.

I went for a follow up check up by my gyneacologist and few weeks later i was told that the visit wasn't covered because i did not have authorization.

However in an email i was told that my approved operation includes the follow up visit?

So why on earth would i need aothorization for this follow up visit??

I have sent endless emails to ask about this but ofcourse no HELP!! Yet we pay!!

When i phone i have to wait forever and a day to get through to a consultant, i mean really now, you mean to tell me they couldn't phone me back..

This is part of an email i received from discovery: "Please further note that for surgical admissions, your post operative consultations are included in the treatment costs from your treating specialist, as part of the global fee"

I sincerely hope that i will get feed back on this ASAP and not wait forever and a day!!
