Rude Accounts people and Levies

I am billed for Levies for the doctor which I was never advised off and these trashy woman at the Dr's office are so rude. This woman doesn't give me the chance to speak and she refers to conversations i had with the hospital which does not concern her. Her behaviour is totally unacceptable. All these people are are MONEY DIGGERS!!!
